Extended life through Nitrogen or Argon Preservation

BY THE GLASS has the ability to use either gas and utilizes them in two ways: the gas displaces the wine to deliver it to the glass and then the gas in the bottle preserves the wine.

 

Simplistic design and Flexibility

The designers of the system took the positives from other systems and created a very simple unit. They implemented easy changing bottles enabling the staff to spend more time with the guests. They created space for a 2nd bottle so you always have one easy to access and ready to go minimizing downtime. There is a patented ‘FLEXIBLE PARTITION’ that allows you to change the number of whites or reds you sell. Operators are able to adapt and change seasonally the number of whites and reds to accommodate trends or patterns. Programming is a breeze with 3 programmable pours and the closed gas system ensures zero chance of gas leaking.

 

Easy care and Maintenance

The durable poly tubing and rubber stoppers along with the stainless dispensing spouts make cleaning the unit a breeze. There are no arduous daily cleaning procedures or routines just a simple monthly cleaning checklist to follow to ensure long life and optimum quality wines.

 

Customizable to your Needs

BY THE GLASS systems can be ordered with a left side or right side compressor. There is an option to have a glass back for display on both sides or order it in any PANTONE colour to match your design. The system also has different option and variations for reporting.
