Results with or without a wine preservation system

Experience has taught that in restaurants and bars with a wine preservation system, the wine turnover in financial figures, has increased by 40%. Not only the quantity increases, but there is also an increase in quality of wines being sold.

Furthermore, the results show that with the wine dispenser:

  • As guests become familiar with the wine menu, they are also more likely to order wine by the bottle;
  • The wine preservation systems can be found more and more frequently in the most exclusive hotels, restaurants, cafes and clubs worldwide;
  • The ratio between house wine versus more exclusive wines becomes much more favourable.
